Our foreman for this job is David Speights, Waikato Region Apprentice of the year 2005. David is off to Unitec to study for a Bachelor of Construction, but before he sets off, we wanted to give David the opportunity of running a project himself. This "green building" project should give David invaluable foresight into what the future really holds for the construction industry.
