Client Referral - Andrew & Alison Corstorphine
I bought a section in Flaxmill Bay as a birthday present for my wife some two years ago. Early last year (2008) we decided to take the plunge and build a holiday home.
My wife Alison trolled the internet looking for a builder and after viewing the Rod Percival Builders Ltd website we decided to meet with Rod at his showhome to see what we could do with the odd sized section I had purchased. Rod gave us many hours working through all the details, arranging for concept plans, actual plans, working drawings, etc etc assisting us with all the myriad of detail that a project like this has. In June, when we signed up to construction, Rod promised us a house mid December.
We were overseas for the start of building and the engineering problems that the site turned up with but we were pleased to find on our return that construction was well under way and that all the problems with the site were behind us.
To cut a long story short we were very pleased to be shouting Rod's team in our completed home the week before Xmas.
I have nothing but praise for the quality of the house that Rod Percival Builders made for us. The attention to detail is superb, with everything done to a very, very high standard. The assistance given to us over the whole project was terrific from the ideas that we worked through with Rod initially to the finished structure we have today. I can highly recommend Rod and his compnay to any person or organization wanting to build on the Coromandel.
