House of the Year 2003 - Third
This beachfront house was built for London-based owners. It sits on possibly the most spectacular white sand beach of the Coromandel Peninsula. The house is designed to capture both the magnificent views and the ambience of a relaxed family holiday environment, that the site evokes.
Ext. Cladding: Titan Board and Cedar weatherboard.
Ext. Joinery: Natural Anodised Aluminium
Roof: Longrun Colorsteel roof
Floor: Tasmanian Oak overlay

What a project, everything went well and we completed in time for the owners who arrived from London on the 14th Dec
