In late 2003 we contracted Rod Percial Builders Ltd to undertake the construction of an architecturally designed waterfront holiday home within the Whitianga Waterways development. The 350sq.mtr stone and weather board dwelling had several interesting design features that presented some construction challenges.
We are pleased to provide a testimonial to Rod and his team. The standard of finish in particular is equal to the highest we have experienced in our capacity as property developers. The dwelling was entered in the annual Registered Master Builders 2005 House of the Year Awards for its category and achieved a National Gold Reserve Award placing it amongst the best builds in the country. This is clearly a reflection of Rod Percival Builders performance emanating from their desire to deliver a quality product.
Our Whitianga holiday home continues to raise glowing remarks from all who visit.
