I approached Rod Percival in October 2008 to build my home, having recently been widowed. My requirements were for a builder who I could trust along with professional expertise and advice, suggestions, and assistance in decision making. Above all I wanted an Eco Green built home which I would happily reside in.

Rod and his team were always approachable, great communicators and used local sub-contractors with high standards who delivered workmanship not always evident in today's trade.

Double glazed windows, solar hot water, and the woollen insulation (including the double garage door), along with a North facing placement has resulted in a very warm home. The gas log fire is only required occasionally to boost the temperature for a very short time. The house is also very sound proof.

It was amazing that my dream home was completed in five months from consent to moving in, complete with landscaping and lawns.
