We thank Rod and your team for the way you worked with us and made it possible for us to contribute on the end of paint brushes (we have a very healthy respect for those in the painting trade!) and in being part of the decision making process at every stage. We found the whole experience very interesting, involving a huge variety of management, creativity and problem solving skills on the part of your team, which was always done with a "can do" approach. The co-operation amongst your team was the best and meant energy was fully directed to the task of building. We appreciate the quality of work undertaken and the thoroughness in the work, some not now visible, but vital to the longevity of the house....for example the foundation structure and waterproofing, the care taken to have a perfect ceiling which involved shear hard work from scaffolding and the strength of the structure beneath the cladding. We have a quality building that is admired by family and friends. There is now plenty of landscaping to work on at a pace we can enjoy. We look forward to this. Congratulations on your well earned raft of gold awards gained at the Auckland Region Master Builders of the Year evening last week.
