This is the first house to be built on lifestyle subdivision adjacent to Shakespeare Cliff and is designed to capture views North to Opito Coast and East to Cooks Beach. Consisting of 4 B'rooms, office, lge living area featuring prominent fireplace, heart matai flooring and ceiling featuring exposed Lawson Cypress rafters and beams. The exterior cladding is a combination of Hardies Monotek and Linea Board systems. There is a lge separate garage/workshop linked to the house with a covered walkway.
