Building a house can be very demanding and given that most of us do not undertake a project like this very often in our lifetime, it can also be quite stressful.
Rod's team have obviously built a lot of houses. They are very experienced and they are very good at anticipating problems and pro-actively working to develop cost effective solutions. They are committed to building a quality product and take a real pride in their workmanship and in the finish.
