During the early part of this year when my wife and I were seeking quotations for the construction of our house at the above address (omitted) we had the good fortune to interest Rod Percival in the project.
His price for the house was most reasonable and this together with the result of inquiries made as to his reputation and that of his Company convinced us that he should be given the contract.
Subsequent events have proved that this decision was totally correct. Our new house is quite complex in design and material use and Rod and his men performed very well in bringing our plans to fruition. The standard of workmanship is of the highest and Rod's supervision of both his own staff and the sub-contractors concerned shows in every detail. Rod's friendly and cooperative attitude has contributed to what we consider a very happy conclusion to the construction. In my experience a construction project can often lead to friction between the parties but there has been, we are happy to say, no hint of any such problems. The project has been completed to our entire satisfaction and with the minimum of bother and extra expense.
We count ourselves fortunate that we secured such an excellent firm for the construction of our house and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Rod and his Company to any prospective client.
